The package in question was spotted at about 1:20 P.M.
Bomb-sniffing dogs were immediately called in.
They found…an unattended salad in a paper bag.
I am not making this up.
The alert was lifted an hour later at 2:20 P.M. The other entrances remained open throughout the alert, and courts remained in session.
Onorato was evacuated because his office is directly above that particular ladies room.
