The shirt is awesome, because it seems to be a licensed Jerome Bettis shirt, but an unlicensed Steelers one. Like maybe it was sold through his foundation, or something, but the Steelers still didn’t officially endorse/license it. You can tell because there’s no Steelers logo visible, and the word STEELERS doesn’t appear anywhere. But Jerome’s face is there, all right, along with his number, name and “The Bus” nickname.
They politely (and legally) noted that Jerome is STEEL the man, more or less presuming you’re gonna see that next to the Black and Gold and automatically get your STEELERS money.
So that makes this shirt the first unlicensed licensed piece of merchandise featured in GMIUPSM’s rich history.
