It’s Always Sucky In Philadelphia

Benstonium pops in with another short and sweet video. If you’re anything like me, you love the show It’s Always Sunny In Philadelphia. However, as a Pittsburgh sports fan, you cringe a little when references to the local Phillies, Flyers and/or Eagles are made. It almost feels naughty to enjoy something from, if I can quote whistler, the “evil side of PA.” Yes, we Pittsburghers are born to lob grenades at our Eastern PA counterparts.

So Benson perfectly replicates a standard IASIP intro, where something astounding happens, and it kicks right into the opening music. In this case, it’s the Flyers getting handled in the most recent NHL playoffs, complete with the now-legendary Max Talbot “shush” of the crowd.

They need to make Academy Awards for this stuff.
