My friend Sid had a Christmas party at his place in Hoboken on Saturday. He lives in an area that’s pretty far from the train, and I haven’t been to his apartment since last year’s Christmas party. Before heading there this weekend, I remembered this framed print that he has hanging on the wall. It’s from Mario Lemieux’s comeback in 2000. The panoramic was shot by Rob Arra. It is awesome.
During that game, the Pens handed out MARIO signs for people to display. There’s only 1 way to properly hold this sign, and it isn’t that difficult. This guy got it wrong:
If you hold up a sign incorrectly, expect to be called out on it in a decade. That’s how these things work.
