Thanks to Lizzie for this. Lizzie also sent over this super-soft unlicensed Steelers balnket. This is also the second unlicensed Pittsburgh sports scarf in the GMIUPSM feature. Lizzie says:

This is actually a pretty solid scarf. Plus, scarfs are usually worn smashed between layers of clothes, so you don’t gotta be concerned about people seeing it if was a cheesier design or something. This one is simple, with PITTSBURGH in place of the Steelers’ name. There are two hypocycloids, representing two of the three seen on the official logo.
Altogether, it makes for a snazzy scarf. But for whatever reason, I would love to see some ridiculous unlicensed Pittsburgh image like this one on a scarf. That would be one you hide under your coat.
